MANIFESTO

Since my early years, I have been immersed in an environment where visual arts have been protagonists, thanks to the friendships of my Catalan grandfather, a close friend of the group of European republican exiles in the Dominican Republic, and to my mother's artistic inclinations. From a young age, I filled every piece of paper within my reach with small strokes and drawings of geometric figures.

Throughout my professional career, I have had the responsibility of managing family businesses, which I have expanded into the realm of sustainable economic strategies. Additionally, I have actively participated in public and private councils and commissions with the aim of strengthening the Dominican Republic's competitive position as a country brand and have contributed to the preservation of our national ecology.

In recent years, I have taken my small drawings to larger formats, overcoming my initial fear and shyness, presenting what I could interpret as the origin of the universe and its metamorphosis, while also emulating the challenges faced by current Dominican society at all levels.Recently, I have been producing paintings of generous formats, in which the elements that compose my universe escape the physical limits I instinctively established in my early works. Instead of being controlled, they generate my interpretation of what a disruptive metaverse entails, extending beyond the borders of established formats, propelling me in the relentless pursuit of constructing new universes.
